As receptionist, your job is quite important as the face of the gym and the first and last person each guest will see.

Responsibilities include:
-Providing top quality customer service for guests
-Managing bookings, answering questions about gym activities over the phone and in person
-Communicating clearly with staff and students about bookings and scheduling
-Maintaining a good atmosphere at the gym.
-Handling administrative duties, such as mail, invoices, etc.
-Assisting with PR and marketing activities
Requirements
-Fluent English and Chinese. (write and speak)
-Experience handling multiple guests at once.
-Full-time preferred. Will also consider part-time.
-Must enjoy working with people and must exude a friendly, outgoing personality
-Must be detail-oriented and fit looking and very organized
-Must have experience with Excel and computer database systems
