Position: Solution Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will work in the department Cross Topics Solution Management and be in touch with several teams in multiple countries. For new innovations you will be responsible for research, solution design and project governance. You will be involved into the whole development lifecycle of SAP's next generation product. You will experience a deep insight of SAP's UI , Web and Analytics technology and general concepts of the Application Platform and NetWeaver infrastructure.

Area of focus: Analytics, Reporting content, R&D on BI applications, Business Software Project Management
- Analyze SAP platform's business content (e.g. UI, Business Scenarios, Business Processes etc.)
- Coordinate cross-team project governance
- Analyze customer needs under the context of corporate performance management and transform the results into product design and project execution
- Work closely together with other development teams worldwide.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree or above (Master’s degree in Management Information System or related areas is preferred)
- Good understanding of business content, especially in the area of reporting and analysis
- Good understanding of software development life cycle, software architecture, web services
- Experience with business software, ERP software is a plus
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Hyperion, Business Objects, SQL Server) is a plus
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, research and design complex concepts
- Ability to manage project and drive for results
- Team work, fast learning, excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Work under pressure and challenge
