Operations Trainee 运行培训生
主要工作职责描述：
1.        工厂日常生产及工艺的控制和分析
2.        协助生产主管执行SHEQ(安健环质)规定
3.        协助进行总部运行团队的日常装置技术管理
职位要求：
1.        本科以上学历，化学工程、化工工艺、机械工程、仪表电气、低温制冷等相关专业
2.        良好的英语读写能力，熟练使用计算机及相关办公软件
3.        具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力

Sales Trainee 销售培训生
主要工作职责描述：
1.        开发新的业务机会
2.        根据客户需要为客户定制技术方案，并为客户进行介绍和解释
3.        起草商业合同，并与客户商量商业合同条款
4.        执行合同及维护客户关系
职位要求：
1.        本科以上学历，工程专业
2.        良好的英语读写能力，熟练使用计算机及相关办公软件

2.2  IS Trainee Programme 信息系统培训生项目
Within The Linde Group, the IS (Information Systems) organisation is responsible for delivery of IT services and applications to help the business achieve its goals and strategic objectives
The IS Graduate Programme offers ambitious university graduates with management potentially an excellent, challenging and rewarding start to their IS career in The Linde Group.
Over a period of 24 to 36 months, selected candidates would have a minimum of four blocks of six months each in key functions of IS organisation with exposure to diverse projects across both the Infrastructure and Applications domain.
One of the four blocks will be within the core Gases business to build knowledge and understanding of the Linde business, processes and products and services offered to our customers.  
Of the remaining three blocks, one of them will be outside China giving the appropriate international exposure to the wider Linde Global IS function and opportunity for the candidate to experience working in a different culture.  
These graduate blocks will enhance the functional and technical skills of the candidate; and the diversity of the rotations will help establish the appropriate organisation and cultural familiarity that will contribute to overall career development and success at The Linde Group.

Key Purpose and Responsibilities of the IS Trainee
•        To make a significant contribution to various initiatives in a ‘hands-on’ role within a managed graduate programme
•        Build broad knowledge of the Linde Gases business and in key aspects of the Global IS function, and demonstrate capability and competencies required to fulfill a substantive permanent position within Global IS once the programme has been completed.
•        Each of the assignments in the graduate programme will contribute to the development of the following areas of knowledge:
-        Understanding of The Linde Group and Global IS operating models  
-        Understanding of Global IS Governance, Strategy and Key initiatives to deliver the strategy
-        Understanding of Project Management, Portfolio Management and Business Case concepts
-        Understanding of architecture, application development lifecycle and service management concepts  
-        Understanding of Change Management  concepts

Required Qualifications and Skills
Linde is looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
•        Degree in a numerate discipline (engineering, science, mathematics, business, finance, accounting, economics, statistics or computer science)
•        Excellent  degree results/grades
•        Fluent in English (both oral and written communication)
•        Quick learner, highly self-motivated, with initiative and drive
•        Ability to work with others to achieve a common goal
•        Able to demonstrate a passion for technology
•        High energy and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

简历筛选
我们会认真阅读每一位应聘者的简历并进行筛选，通过筛选的学生将进入下一轮的笔试环节。

在线笔试
全国笔试统一安排在2011年11月初进行，笔试为在线限时笔试，请留意并及时查收邮件或短信按要求参加笔试。笔试时，请自行安排地点、电脑和互联网接入。

面试选拔
笔试结束后，对通过笔试的学生进行不同轮次的面试，对应聘者进行充分的了解，就其职业发展、兴趣进行沟通，以便双方做出选择彼此的决定。

录用通知
面试环节结束后，我们将通过电话与合格的应聘者进行沟通，并发出录用通知。学生报到时间将根据毕业时间决定（通常在次年的3月和7月）。
