岗位描述：As a member of consulting team, Jr. Consultant requires to conduct client’s request analysis; responsible for designing/providing solutions under the direction of the mentor to improve the operations of insurance companies on a global basis; testing performances and usability of applications, designing relevant reports.
Specification:
Bachelor degree or above, open to all fresh graduates, the major in insurance, finance, mathematics, statistics, IT or business administration is a plus;
Excellent communication skills with good command of one foreign language or more (such as English, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese… ) preferred;
Be creative, open for consistent improvement, fast learner, self-motivated and prudent at work;
Good analytical skill, hard working, good team player and willing to work in global base.
