 Key responsibilities:
 
 - Back up receptionist, phone answering
 - Hotel booking for staffs.
 - Expense invoice sticking for SM+
 - Contract printing, binding and scan.
 - Restaurant booking, taxi booking, ect
 - Stationary management (including buy stationary and cosmetic goods)
 - Recording monthly detailed info
 - Monthly office admin expense payment requests
 - Meeting Room and Projector Reservation
 - Support team member apartment survey and booking
 
 Qualification:
 
 - 2012 graduates preferred, college degree or above
 - Good communication in both Mandarin and English
 - Good interpersonal skills
 - Be familiar with Microsoft Office and computer
