Position Title: Data Analysis Assistant（数据分析助理）
Report to: Sales Support Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high efficient support and service to sales team.
2. Provide monthly sales analysis report or upon request, ensure the quality of the report after fully communication with sales team;
3. Be responsible for all data collection and key in, including sales target, sales volume in CMS, account basic data in SEP. etc.;
4. Maintain and develop Channel Management System, work out monthly in-hospital sales report and inventory report on time;
5. Establish and maintain national tender price database;
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and sales team as well.
Qualifications:
1. College or above education with major in data analysis, admin management or relevant;
2. Obtain sense of responsibility and be hard working, team-player and mature;
3. Sense of data is required;
4. Initiate, can work well without close supervision;
5. Be flexible to change and willing to take challenge.
6. Minimum 1~2 years experience of data management or relevant is a plus;
7. Be familiar with medical industry is a plus;
8. Fluent in both oral and written English is a plus;
