As one of the group’s division, LVMH Perfume & Cosmetics Shanghai Company Ltd., was founded in 2000. Since Christian Dior was first entered Mainland China in 1993, the company currently possesses several famous high-end cosmetics brands, including GIVENCHY, GUERLAIN, BENEFIT, KENZO, MAKE UP FOR EVER, ACQUA DI PARMA and FRESH.

路威酩轩香水化妆品公司早在2000年就在国内投资成立的克里斯丁•迪奥（上海）国际贸易有限公司，注册在上海浦东外高桥保税区，当时该公司只负责迪奥品牌在国内的销售。随着经营品牌的扩展，公司在2002年更名为路威酩轩香水化妆品（上海）有限公司，销售品牌除了迪奥（Dior），还有娇兰（Guerlain），纪梵希（Givenchy），贝玲妃（Benefit），玫珂菲（Make Up For Ever），Kenzo，帕尔马之水（Acqua Di Parma）以及Fresh。
