Job Title: Psychometrician & Research Coordinator
Location: Shanghai, China
Description:
We are looking for a Psychometrician & Research Coordinator who will work directly with a team of high caliber consultants to produce validation research and client deliverables focusing on leadership development in business environment. Detailed information please find below:
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to client and consultant manager requests for various kinds of assessment tests
2. Act as a psychometric tests administrator in assessment centers, coaching, feedbacks and workshop projects
3. Conduct assessment data input, statistical analysis and graphical displays to support client projects
4. Support validation research on our clients
5. Assist in the production and editing of assessment materials and research reports
6. Assisting in light marketing duties as needed
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology, Statistics, Information Studies, Business or related preferred
2. Interested/passionate in Psychology and leadership management consulting industry
3. Accuracy and attention to details
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
5. Solid statistical analysis skills
6. Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), proficiency in data analysis will be a plus
7. Well balanced between flexibility and structure
8. Proactive in taking initiatives, be resourceful in getting things done on time, and be able to handle pressure
