TITLE: Operations Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
•        MCS Operations:
o        Reporting and data analysis
        Forecast & Revenue report
        Project status report
        Team KPI tracking
        PnL details checking
o        Facilitate team meeting & tracking follow up actions
        Prepare required review document based on each week meeting purpose
        Take meeting minutes & filling
        Track Follow up actions
o        Coordination with other divisions for various MCS operation issues
o        As a process SME to support EM on Contract to Billing process
•        Process and Policy Compliance: Support program manager to ensure compliance with MS-policy and Services process and policy definitions.  
o        Assist Ops program manager to execute self-auditing in line with MS policy
•        Operational Excellence
o        Support to improve system data quality to enable and support business decisions
o        Support to perform regular audits on data inputs and outputs to monitor and improve data integrity across systems

Candidate Requirements:
•        At least 2-3 years of business or operation experience
•        Operations experience in a Technology Services organization highly desirable
•        Strong English skill, Strong excel skill, Strong PPT skill
