财富100强Honeywell招聘Finance Assistant(1 year contract)

Description-

Bank Acct Administration:                       
1        Monitor business to comply with internal treasury policy and process on bank acct management;                       
2        Submit the controller approved treasury form to assistant treasurer for approval;                       
3        Save the form approved by assistant treasurer into share drive and keep good filing for all those internal forms;       
4        Follow up with business to get each pending case closed and update the bank acct database accordingly and correctly;       
5        For certain corporate bank accts, prepare necessary docs for acct change and go to bank counter when necessary;       
6        For newly opened acct, set up into web tool.                       
7        Change reporter in web tool upon request                       
8        Security manager for Citibank.com (set up inquiry access only)                       
9        Proper and timely filing of hard copies and scan copies of documents                       
                               
                               
Chop and signature collection:                       
1        Sort out the docs which need company chop and legal chop then deliver to Hongqiao office after getting certain approval;
2        Coordinate with secretary/assistant of directors to get BR/Agreement signed or chopped;                       
3        Send relevant BRs to legal secretary for filing;                       
4        get finance chop/signatures for investment documents                       
                               
Dept. Administration:                       
1        Arrange payment for dept. cost;                       
2        Other administrative work (copy/ scan/ mail);                       
                               
Secretarial Work:                       
1        Prepare the reimbursement report for boss in concur;                       
2        Arrange bank meetings and book it in calendar;                       
3        Arrange visa matters when necessary;

1.        Bachelor degree, finance background is preferred;
2.        Good English skill in reading and writing;
3.        Good communication skill and team working spirit;
4.        Being careful, diligent and willing to learn new things;
5.        Being patient and happy to help others
