MoneySwap (SWAP) is listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM with its business
focus on Asia. MoneySwap operates an online foreign exchange platform which
allows individuals and businesses to transfer money inexpensively and
internationally.

With the launch of our new product targeting at high-net worth individual, we are
looking for a in-bound customer service representative for our Shanghai office
located in Lujiazui.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Description and Profile
The basic responsibility is to answer to customer inquiries and questions regarding pre-paid card and service. Mostly agents perform their duties by telephone, sometimes communicate with customers by fax, e-mail, or text.

Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities which have to be fulfilled by a CSRs are as follows:

        The prime responsibility is to answer the inbound calls and assist customers in their inquiries or questions, such as registration information updates, card activation, top up, report loss. Etc.
        Provide individualized customer service of high-standard professional level to each and every customer.
        Update the existing database with any modifications or changes and the present status of the customers.
        Provide feedback regularly on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures of the customer service department.
        Check lines and categorize the problems and issues of the customers regularly and report to supervisor.

Skills and Specifications
        The person needs to have excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and typing skills to do the job perfectly.
        Familiarity with telephone techniques and skills
        Able to handle the diverse people nicely and should have the ability to cope with difficult customer situations professionally.
        Has the responsibility to sort out the issues of customers perfectly so should firstly analyze the customer problem properly and provide logical solutions.
        Ability to utilize PC keyboard efficiently and accurately. Proficient data entry skills.
        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
        Demonstrated verbal communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
        Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
        Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action/redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues.
        Ability to resolve issues of conflict in a tactful and professional manner and to effectively diffuse irate callers

Education and Qualifications
        4 year college degree with major in English language or international finance preferred.
