Job Title: Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer

Department: AP Systems Engineering
Location: Shanghai

Job Description:
APSE is chartered to develop and deliver world-class high performance, high quality and complete software solution for various smart phone and consumer electronic products based on Marvell microprocessors. With company’s business and R&D expansion in China, we are looking for talented Recent College Graduates who would like to join us as software engineer or senior software engineer to experience the opportunities from Marvell’s rapid growth. The work includes software design and development of following projects for Marvell Application Processors:
 Linux and Windows OS: driver development, kernel upgrade, system power/performance optimization, etc.
 Multimedia, 3D/2D graphics, middleware, frameworks and system integration. i.e video/audio codecs, video telephony, OpenMAX, OpenGL, OpenVG, on SIMD engine, Video engine or GPU.
 Telephony projects: advanced 3G and LTE telephony solutions based on Marvell Application Processor and Communication Processor.
 Security projects: cutting-edge platform authentication and authorization solutions based on Marvell secure core inside Application Processor.
 Full System integration and performance/power optimization for advanced mobile platforms. i.e. Android, Chrome OS, Windows 7, etc.
 Development of Marvell proprietary compiler, Marvell optimized GCC compiler, Marvell JTAG debugger, Marvell Profiler, Eclipse based IDE.
 Test Designs for all above projects.

Qualification:
 MS/BS in electronic engineering/computer science (or equivalent).
 Strong programming skill with two of the following programming languages: C/C++, ARM assembly, Perl/Python and Java.
 Research or working experience in any relevant projects described above.
 Cooperative team player with good communication and teamwork skill.
 Fluent communication in both Chinese and English is an advantage.
