Reporting to the Sales Manager and based in Shanghai, this role is relevant to highly self-motivated individuals who have the credibility and confidence to succeed in a demanding sales environment.



1- Candidates must have excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills in both English and Chinese,



2- Candidates will be responsible for researching and promoting various GM Laureate trainings events, contacting and negotiating with senior level decision makers from across some of the biggest companies in Greater China and bringing closure to business.




3- Candidates must be ambitious to make money!



Requirement



- A good degree with solid business-to-business sales experience

- Desire to work to targets and able to work well under pressure

- Strong negotiation skills and Telesales experience

- Ambitious and committed to achieving success

- Excellent communication skills with confidence

- Fluent in spoken and written English



职位描述

- 主要通过电话及电子邮件与全球五百强企业大中华区经理人沟通推广公司的高端培训课程，为客户提供优质的服务

- 根据客户的类型，定期和客户进行沟通，了解客户的培训需求，完成客户的市场开发、维护与管理工作

- 完成既定的个人销售目标同时协助销售经理达成团队销售目标



任职要求

- 大专以上学历，通过CET 4，具备基本经管知识

- 性格开朗，踏实肯干，有耐心

- 自信，勤奋好学，思维敏捷

- 出色的中英文表达能力与谈判技巧

- 积极向上，善于自我激励，能适应较大工作压力，具有团队合作精神
