欧企招sales &marketing coordinator / service & office coordinator -上海

公司是欧洲一家生产高端儿童用品的企业,现招聘以下两个职位,工作地点都在上海:
一、sales &marketing coordinator
1、Job Description: Provide clerical and administrative support to sales teams and act as point of contact for retailers regarding general sales inquiries. Support development and implementation of the marketing & sales strategy in China.
2、Minimum Requirement
Education: Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing Communication.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year marketing and/or sales/retail experience, preferably in an international environment.
Preferably also experience in project management and online/digital marketing.
Specific knowledge:
MS office, outlook, internet
Fluency in written and verbal English, fluency in written and verbal Chinese
Business understanding:
General understanding of branding and retail requirements
Other relevant capabilities / skills include:
- team player above individual success
- used to set and meet project targets
- strong organizational, communication and project management skills
- passion for branded products
- ability to withstand stress
- creative

二、service & office coordinator
1、Job Description: Provides advice or service to customers, coordinates service activities and assists in maintenance and reporting of service data with the objective to satisfy retailers and consumers.
2、Minimum Requirement
Education: Intermediate vocational education
Experience: 1 to 2 years experience in customer service
Specific knowledge: Specific skills in customer service communications
Business understanding: Experience in customer oriented environment
