- Draft Job Description based upon information provided by client
分析客户提交的职位信息

- Communication with our clients about the position handling
与客户沟通职位的操作情况

- Sourcing candidate from various channels
通过其他渠道寻找合适的候选人

- Conduct the screening with the candidates
与候选人进行面试

- Industry analysis and market search
行业分析与搜寻

-Arrange the interview between candidates and clients
安排客户和候选人的面试

-Negotiation with client and candidates about the offer and onboard issues
与客户以及候选人之间就薪水和入职问题进行协商

-Warm the existing relationship with the customer
与现有的客户保持良好的关系

Job Requirements

- University Degree, good English is a plus
学士学位,英语优秀者优先

- 2 years experience in Consultancy/Training industry or sales/HR related positions
2年咨询/培训行业的工作经验,或者从事销售/人事类的岗位
