VKCON是一家美资猎头公司，05年进入中国，随着公司规模的扩大，目前急需招募一名Business Development （业务拓展专员）。

主要工作职责：
1. 对职位进行分析和整理，确定搜寻的方向
2. 和候选人沟通职位的情况
3. 候选人面试并作出面试反馈和评估
4. 对合适的候选人进行推荐

职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，英文读写流利
2. 愿意从事人事行业并愿意为结果负责

职位发展：
1. 公司INHOUSE HR Manager
2. 资深顾问， 项目经理

Job Description

- Marketing research, make analyze of the market to find potential customers
市场信息研究，发现潜在的客户

- Business develop with the potential customers
与潜在的客户沟通，并寻找适合我们的合作机会

- Presentation and client visit with the potential customers
对潜在的客户做展示并拜访他们

- Negotiate with the contract and try to get the best terms
与客户就商业条款谈判，争取对我公司最有利的条款


-Warm the existing relationship with the customer
与现有的客户保持良好的关系

Job Requirements

- University Degree, good English is a plus
学士学位,英语优秀者优先

- 2 years experience in Consultancy/Training industry or sales/HR related positions
2年咨询/培训行业的工作经验,或者从事销售/人事类的岗位
