Job Responsibilities:
-Brings the necessary skills and expertise to develop relevant formulation for regional product innovations, a part of a holistic product design, delivered to time and cost targets (OTIF).
-Supports projects through effective and efficient delivery of trials (and preliminary analysis of results), product prototypes, technical reports or communication.
-Contributes to the planning and executes trials, tests, measurement activities within projects.
-Supports implementation in the business environment.
-Support in developing relevant formulation for regional product innovations, a part of a holistic product design, delivered to time and cost targets (On time in full).
-Execution (and supervision where appropriate) of routine / standard trials at laboratory including comprehensive testing protocols for critical aspects of performance.
-Accurate recording and reporting of data.
-Support in development of prototypes for validation/proof of principle.
-Support in technical specifications.
-Adhere to standards set by quality / safety / portfolio management systems.
-Keeping abreast of developments in own area of expertise, ways of working.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor or Master in chemistry and related majors.
-Pre-experience in FMCG or Cosmetic industry is preferred. ( Including internship experience)
-Able to work in a team as well as independently.
-Goal-oriented, self motivated, proactive, fast learning and passion for techniques.
-Good communication in both English and Chinese.
-Science and techniques understanding, analytic and data processing skills, logical thinking are preferred.
