JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Marketing Associate
Reports To: Managing Director
Status: Temporary with potentially leads to Full time position

Position Responsibilities
1.    Daily Chinese-English and English-Chinese documents translation.
2.    Daily office administration
3.    Assists managing director in various ways like coordinating with partner companies, agreement drafting, assignment follow up
4.    Liaising and building relationships with a range of clients and partners.
5.    Maintaining and building contacts with the media
6.    Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading
copy, and liaising with designers and printers;
7.    Maintaining and updating clients databases;
8.    Organizing and attending events and exhibitions;
9.    Supporting the managing director, and other colleagues.

Education: College degree required. Fluent English required.  Major in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
Required Skills:      Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with people at all levels.  Good presentation skill and interpersonal skill. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.  
Special Skills:   Experiences in media industry is a plus.
