Training&Development Assistant/Associate
& University Alliance
OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Training & Development function with the organization and administration of trainings, and help ensure quality and efficiency of trainings
• Support in various projects for creating an effective T&D Structure for a fast growing dynamic Company
• Be responsible for all T&D data management and reporting
• Support T&D in cost management and systematic financial process management. Work closely with other departments of the offices
• Act as a liaison between T&D department and external suppliers & vendors for all training related preparation, planning and feedback interaction
• Act as a face as T&D department and provide services to line mgrs, employees and other HR colleagues
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Postgraduate students who will graduate in 2010
- Can work at least 4 days per week
- Female
- Have company working experience
- Good command of English
- MS offices software skills (Excel, PPT)
- Mastery of financial fundamentals is preferred
- High team spirit and service oriented
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good time management skills
- Eyes for details, Committed, Proactive.
