工作职责:
与美国无线部门一起完成WirelessHD相关方案与应用的板级设计与完善。工作职责包括但不限于：
1)        电路板原理图设计，电路板的信号完整与电源完整性设计指导
2)        芯片与系统的bring-up和debug
3)        射频及混合信号电路的调试与优化
基本要求:
1)        本科4年以上，研究生2年以上工作经验
2)        微波、通信、电路或相关电类专业
3)        具有WiFi、WiMax或手机相关研发经验
4)        了解HDMI等消费类电子协议
5)        具有一定的高速电路开发和调试经验
6)        熟练使用示波器、频谱仪、网络分析仪、各种信号源等仪器；
7)        熟悉常用PCB及常用板级设计软件
8)        较强的英语口语与书面语言能力

Senior Hardware Engineer (Wireless/Mixed-signal)

Job Description
The candidate will work closely with the Sunnyvale systems engineering team on design implementation of WirelessHD solutions in different applications, or for specific design characterization.
The job includes but not limits to:
1)        Board schematic design, layout instructions of signal integrity & power integrity;
2)        Board & chip bring-up and debugging;
3)        Mixed-signal circuits (such as ADC, DAC, PLL and so on) test and characteristics improvement (INL/DNL, ENOB, jitter and so on);
4)        Possibly RF circuits’ tests and improvement.
Required Skills and Experiences
3 or more years of experience in similar engineering development, preferably a MS degree in EECS or a BS degree with 5+ years of experience.
1)        Knowledge of mixed signal circuit such as ADC/DAC, PLL and SerDes.
2)        Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, EMI and so on.
3)        Experience with board/chip level bring-up and debugging.
4)        Familiar with schematics and layout design tools.
5)        Familiar with equipments such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, VNA, TDR and so on.
6)        Experience in wireless communications, WiFi, WiMax, or Mobile is a plus.
7)        Experience with mobile applications designs a plus
8)        Knowledge of HDMI and Consumer Electronics products a plus
9)        Good command of listening, writing and speaking English
10)        Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and flexibility
11)        Good team player
