Professional Tutor for 5 year old boy (Chinese Swedish)

We are a family with Chinese mother and Swedish father, returning from USA to Shanghai in July. We are looking for a professional tutor who  is major in "Preschool education" or "Eduation", preferable Master student, for our five year old boy, starting in Aug.

Requirement:
The tutor should speak fluent English and very standard mandarin, either male or female
Experience with children of 4-6 is essential. We prefer the tutor has experience with kids who recieve pure western culture education and take the "inspiring and encouraging" approach coming to the job.
We are looking for a role model who can bring positive behavior influence to our son; therefore, we need this Tutor to have high ethical behavior and self dedication. It is critical that you should be absolutely honest, reliable, deciplined, intelligent and smart; you should have exellent communication skills, broad life interests,  and healthy personality.

Location and schedule
We will be living in the area of Xin Tian Di 新天地; our son is going to Dulwich International School in Pudong Biyun 浦东碧云; we need unconditional time commitment as both mother and father have very time demanding jobs.  Before Augest 22nd. We need this person 3 full days a week. After school starts, we need this tutor work from 3:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. on week days.

Payment:  RMB25-40 per hour. Estimated monthly salary is RMB 4000-6000. Bonus is appliable upon result driven performance.
