Report to: Staffing Manager, CCT AP

Key Responsibilities:
1.Internal and External Job Posting
2.Screen resume, phone interview and arrange the interview with Hiring Manager
3.Consolidate monthly Staffing Report in Asia Pacific
4.Assist HR manager to organize monthly town hall meeting
5.Organize the weekly Employee Activities
6.Preparing New Hire Orientation Materials (both slides and paperwork)
7.Other Ad-hoc assignments required by HR Manager
Requirements:
1.Passion in HR function, related experience is a plus.
2.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3.Proficient both in Oral and Written English.
4.Can work at least 3-4 days per week, last 3 months.
