微软招聘用户体验研究员（UX Researcher）

Role & Responsibilities:
•        Ability to identify issues, design research plans, and conduct appropriate research on a wide variety of information design issues
•        Drive your work and your team’s work through the software development process, working as part of a multi-disciplinary product development team of Design, Editorial, Program Management, Development and Test
•        Know our users inside out by understanding their perceptions, desires, needs, frustrations, environments, and problems
•        Help educate the broader team about the role of user research, and the research findings relevant to their work
•        You must be highly detail-oriented with a passion for users, self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects
•        You must have strong work practices and production discipline. And a proven record of delivering innovative solutions on time for demanding and complex research problems
•        Ability to work and coordinate closely with the product marketing team on deeper user research efforts
Skills & Qualifications:
•        A minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience working as a software user researcher. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strong user researcher field and study work
•        Experienced in generating research plans, defining and tracking user experience goals, coordinating work on multiple products and possibly managing the work of external consultants/vendors
•        Thorough knowledge of the field of human-computer interaction, experimental design, observational and field methods and data analysis are required.
