Mechanical Engineer- 626548
Description
In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
        Participate in projects of product development with other function teams
        Design and develop mechanical parts (plastic/sheet metal/die casting and so on) and solutions
        Responsible for Notebook/AIO chassis mechanical design based on MAS of Intel system
        Responsible for system BOM, and other design related documents creation, release and sustaining.
        Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of Mechanical Engineering issues during product development and mass production.
        Working with 3rd party Hardware Vendors, technicians, engineers (both
        local and abroad), and Quality/Reliability teams.
        Provide technical support to manufacture facilities and function teams
        Actively manage the ODM's change management process to ensure the product continues to have consistent quality

Qualifications
        Bachelor degree or above, in Thermal/Mechanical Engineering
        Be this year’ graduate or have some work experience less than 1.5 years
        Familiar with thermal simulation tools: Flotherm or Icepak, other simulation tools would be an advantage.
        Familiar with Pro/E, AUTOCAD or other design tools would be an advantage.
        Knowledgeable in PC architecture and design for Notebook and AIO
        Innovatively thinking

Electronics Engineer - 626666
Description
Conducts or participates in multidisciplinary research in the design, development, testing and utilization of information processing hardware and/or electrical components, mechanisms, materials, and/or circuitry, processes, packaging, and cabinetry for central processing units (CPU''s) and/or peripheral equipment. Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports. Ensures products conform to standards and specifications. Develops plans and cost estimates and assesses projects to analyze risk. Develops procedures, analysis and design for computer components, products, and systems. Initiates, guides, and coordinates overall design and development of new ideas and products. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Qualifications
        BSEE in electrical engineering or computer science is required.
        In-depth knowledge of motherboard and computer system architecture, analog/digital circuit design, board design, board/system level issues troubleshooting skills.
        Familiar with Cadence/Concept HDL tools and other related tools, understanding of PCB manufacture and related technologies, HDI technology and SMT process is a plus.
        Good Communication skills in mandarin and English both verbal and written are critical.
        Strong self driven and proved capability to fit fast pace working style
        Good team player is a MUST


Validation Engineer - 626730
Description
In this role of “system validation engineer” you should ensure the design quality of Notebook PC and Ultrabook products through thoroughly systematic validation on platform reference design products, You need to develops, modifies, and executes system test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of the HW/SW. Analyzes test results to ensure correct functionality, determine root causes of failures and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of system’s HW and SW configuration.
The PCCG, PC solution division, Shanghai team is looking for a highly motivated and skilled validation engineer to join our team in working on the next generation of SSD.

- Knowing the knowledge and/or process of personal computer product design, validation and quality assurance process

- Knowledgeable about PC architecture, BIOS, operating systems, software drivers and firmware, and how they collaborate as a whole
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written
