Administrative and Account Specialist---FTE

Job Responsibilities:

Admin/HR/Finance
        Be responsible for daily operational issues filing, mailing/express, office maintenance, stationery, company website etc. to ensure the smooth operation of the office facility
        Be responsible for Annual review/filing for every license and certificate
        Maintain business schedules and meeting appointments
        Keep and file all business contracts, payments and related document in hardcopies and softcopies in share driver
        Staff information update, staff on board handling, social insurance/housing contribution, salary calculation; etc.
        Executive all the payments with accuracy of calculation in line with regulation/company policy
        Manage all the vendors to ensure the high quality and cost-effective result
        Support company event and other activities by request

Workshop/program support
        In charge of pre-training/program preparation, including communicating with customers and trainers, arranging logistics and travel schedule, compiling slides, training manuals and other materials, placing the printing order so that workshop/program is delivered with high quality resources
        Attend the training as classroom assistant and follow up the post-training process including feedback consolidation, payment issue and tracking.
        Support other daily work related assigned by workshop/program project team

Others:
Accomplish other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

        2012 fresh graduate with college degree or above. 1-2 years related working experience is preferred
        Good English skill especially in written and reading, CET-6 or above
        Excellent Microsoft office software skills, proficient in PPT, Photoshop or Premier is an advantage
        Ability to handle multi-task
        Have a can-do attitude and resourcefulness and can prioritize the tasks
        Attention to detail and can think proactively & learn quickly
        Good communication and inter-personal skills
        Good planning and execution
