Title: People Service Manager
Altium is the leading developer of solutions that help engineers design and build the next generation of electronic products. We are now expanding our team at our global headquarter located in Shanghai and looking for an enthusiastic manager to join our people service team.
The role will provide day-to-day leadership in operating the organization, combining strong hands-on engagement with all aspects of the operation of the team. Candidates will be self-motivated, service and result oriented, well-organized with:
- Full understanding and commitment to people services
- High level of interpersonal skills and the confidence to effectively communicate with internal and external people from a variety of backgrounds.
- The ability to supervise and lead a small team and adapt to a fast pace and changing environment.
- The ability to plan and organize workloads and determining priorities consistent with the changing needs of the services
- Advanced bilingual communication skills: Mandarin & English or Mandarin & Russian
- Previous experience in service focused or hospitality industry preferred
Main responsibilities of this role include:
- Organizing people service functions (including front desk services, visitors support, on-boarding services, interface with other teams, day-to-day business operation support) in an efficient and helpful way
- Acting as a role model for junior people service representatives
- Hands-on in all day-to-day operations of the team
- Developing and leading a professional people service team to build the service culture into this part of organization
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships at all levels of employees, vendors and customers to ensure smooth business operations in alignment with the fast changing environment and corporate culture
- Providing ongoing support anpd establishing training and development plan for junior people service team member to create a dynamic environment within the team
