500强美资快消公司招聘AP Accountant(6months)

Responsibilities:
Trade Promotion Processing: 65%
        Review all TP payment application from all China market distributors ensuring all approved TP payments are 100% aligned with the set standard operating procedure
        Process monthly TP payment for all distributors under China Trading Company company code, and also responsible for TP payment tracking and reconciliation

Reporting: 15%
        Prepare accounting related reports for both Commercial and Trading companies, such as TP cost report, payment status, track payment application (processed, delayed, and etc)

KPI/ SLA Tracking and Reporting and Process Improvement: 10%
        The  Accountant in agreement with his/her supervisor is responsible for defining relevant KPIs within the role
        Apart from defining measures, the Accountant is responsible in the alignment and communication of KPIs/ SLAs to concerned people (i.e. Finance and Sales Team) in terms of expectations, targets, and identification and resolution of issues
        The Accountant in alignment with his/her immediate supervisor is also responsible in identifying key points to improve processes within the role

Audit Support: 5%
        Responsible in providing support to Internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley audit and at some points to external audit on identified tests
        Part of the Accountant responsibility is to provide relevant requirements and/or documents to carry out the audit

Adhoc/ other Tasks: 5%
        The Accountant at some point is expected to participate in some of company or market wide initiatives
        Again, with the supervision and coordination from his/her immediate supervisor

Requirments:
        Bachelor in Accountancy degree or equivalent education/experience, preferably with Finance/Business Admin background
        Minimum of 1-2 years accounting work experience focused on Accounts Payable and Reporting
        Knowledge on Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, and etc to General Ledgers interface and accounting and internal control principles
        Strong analytical skills in providing resolutions on accounting issues
        Ability to use analysis tools in order to communicate metrics and improve service levels
        Capable of developing good business rapport with internal and external customers
        Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
        Proficient in MS Office Applications (word, excel, powerpoint, visio, access, project, and etc)
        Strong organizational and effective teamwork skills
        Working knowledge and profiency of all core SAP FI Module transactions including SAP standard reports in FI Module
