Job Title: GL/Reporting Accountant
Location: Shanghai, Zhangjiang（张江）
Job Responsibilities: • Ensure the closure of the General Ledger is timely and accurate
• Ascertain the Trial Balance data imported to HFM is complete, accurate and timely
• Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis and ensure all reconciling items resolved expediently.
• Support the Finance Leaders and Regional Controllers in providing and analysing information to meet business needs, Corporate reporting requirements, annual audit and tax filing
• Support Regional Controller in reviewing accounting process to ensure corporate policies & internal controls are in place.
• Ensure accounting transactions entries are in compliance with local and US GAAP when preparing for statutory and management reporting.
• Work with external auditors, tax agents, and government agencies to comply with all regulatory requirements in terms of accounts filing, Board of Directors meetings, tax computation and filing.
Qualifications:
• Batchelor or College of accounting or finance
• Good communication skills in English
• 3+ years of related working experience in Finance
• Oracle and HFM experience is preferred
• Proactive, team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented


Job Title: Senior Corporate Auditor
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:The individual is expected to be able to perform financial and operational audits in Asia Pacific. He/she will be expected to identify financial and business control and process weaknesses, communicate these weaknesses timely to the business and make value-added recommendations to rectify the weaknesses. The person may also be required to work with the business in implementing these improvements. In addition, he/she may be expected to assists with special projects and investigations. The successful candidate must be fluent (written) in both English and Mandarin and is expected to travel extensively (70 - 80%) in Asia Pacific to perform the audits. There will be opportunities to perform audits in Europe and the United States.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA/CPA with at least 5 years external audit experience in the Big ‘4’ Accounting firm• Regional exposure will be a plus
• Experience in internal audit will be a plus but not necessary
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Outstanding problem solving skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong writing skills
• Strong bias for action
• Team player but must be able to operate independently

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Shanghai, Zhangjiang（张江）
Responsibility: Deal with daily operating transactions.
Assist in credit control, AR reconciliation and tracking AR collection.
Assist in document preparation for foreign currency payments.
Cash application
Assist in past due AR analysis
Prepare AR related vouchers at month-end.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting major
1-2 years of accounting/credit control experience in multi-national companies
Fluent English
Good communication skills.

Job Title: Finance Analyst
Location: Shanghai
Qualification:
Responsibilities :1. Be a true & strong business partner and a financial & strategic contributory to the business leaders by providing an excellent financial and business analysis, strong capability to drive and implement the business initiatives to improve the pricing, gross margin, OP, WC and FCF.
2. Weekly local and AP QMI meeting report – sales forecast, MOR, Performa, Indirect Spending and Working Capital
3. Provide Daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly Financial, P&L and Cash flow to support the business.
4. Prepare AOP, STRAP, MOR, 3+9, 6+6, 8+4, monthly Performa P&L, flash, daily sales reporting for China
5. Provide to management team for key variance and action plan
6. Prepare monthly business highlights and other analysis report as required
7. Assist AP FP&A Specialist for AP level of finance analysis, management reporting, AOP, STRAP and the forecasts.
8. Assist AP FP&A team for the global FP&A initiatives and projects in Security APAC.
9. Assist FD for M&A finance support.
10. Be capable of back up AP FP&A analyst
11. Other projects as assigned by the management team.

Qualification:• Bachelor in Accounting / Finance, CPA will be a plus
• 3 years multinational working experiences
• Knowledge on SAP, Essbase and Hyperion, solid Excel skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, self-motivated and work independently
