Duties and responsibility:
1. SAP data entry; re-generate invoice and packing list in system; verify other shipping documents; issue the payment request;
2. Coordinate with Chinese suppliers of off-take tire/capital equipment/raw material on outbound shipment; communicate with GY SBUs across the world on goods receiving;
3. Maintain good external relationships with logistics providers, include freight forwarders and steam shipping lines, ensure the logistics operation running smoothly and efficiently;
4. Perform other assigned job by logistics manager.

Requirement:
College or above;
Major in Logistics or International trade ;
Working experience in logistics industry in MNC;
Efficient data entry capability; CET-6, fluent verbal and written English; Good interpersonal skills and patient, strong sense of responsibility;
knowledge of SAP is a plus.
