        Conduct industrial/market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry.
        Work closely with consultant and clients to analyze & comprehend client background, job description.
        Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find potential candidates and other channels (Internet search, Referrals) for candidates sourcing
        Collect resume and present qualified candidates to consultant for interview; be assist to consultants in interview scheduling, communicating with clients & candidate coordination; involve in the interview assessment with consultant.
        Ensure all relevant records and information be uploaded to recruitment system
        Interview logistics arrangement



Requirements：
        Bachelor's degree
        Fluency in written and oral English
        1-2 years research experience in headhunting industry a good plus; well-qualified fresh graduate will also be considered
        Teamwork player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        Aggressive, enthusiastic, proactive and able to work under pressure.
