知名美资IT服务公司招聘数据中心项目  Data Center Operator
Responsibilities:
1.        Applications/Network healthy check and escalation.
2.        Quick response to incident and escalate to proper team and customer, keep customer informed for the latest incident status until incident closure.
3.        Surveillance for the environment (Datacenter temperature, humidity, power .etc) and hardware health check (server, network device, storage) hosted in Datacenter.
4.        Tape operation and delivery.
5.        Coordination for vendor and device access, validation for the access request and escort the visitor, assist customer hardware move in/out and update the device inventory.
6.        Fulfill daily task logs and handover the pending things to next shift teammate
7.        Coordination with project leaders to fulfill tasks other than as stated above.
Requirement:
1.        Diploma or bachelor degree is required.
2.        Basic IT knowledge is required; Interest in IT area, non-IT major candidate is acceptable.
3.        Mandarin and English speaking, reading and writing abilities are required and working in full OA environment. Good at communication is a plus.
4.        Responsibility, Self-motivated, flexible, team player and willing to learn.
5.        7*24*365 shift duties is required.(40 working hours one week)
