职位描述：


Responsibilities:

- Perform full-custom digital IC mask layout in 20nm and below CMOS processes

- Main Projects include Memories and Standard cells

- Verification include all aspects of mask requirements, such as DRC/LVS, RC extraction, EM/IR and various requirements for

special circuits

- Layout data generation, maintain and quality control.


Minimum Qualifications:

- BS or above in Electronics, Microelectronics or related fields

- Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics and mask layout design

- Good working knowledge of Unix required

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Experience of using common industry standard tools likes Virtuoso, Hercules/Calibre(plus)

- Rich imagination in tri-dimensional graphics---(plus)


工作职责：

- 完成全定制数字电路掩膜设计在20nm及以下CMOS工艺

- 主要计划包含存储单元设计和标注单元库设计

- 掩膜验证包含全部传统验证部分如基本规则检查，逻辑连接检查，参数提取，电迁移，电压降， 以及各种针对不同电路模块特别的检查

- 掩膜数据的产生维护以及质量控制


基本要求：

- 本科及以上学历，微电子或相关专业

- 基础半导体物理及相关掩膜设计知识

- 良好的unix使用能力

- 良好的英语读写能力

- 使用过业界常用设计工具例如Virtuoso、Calibre、Hercules(加分项)

- 具有丰富的三维图形想象能力(加分项)
