Corporate English Teacher (native Chinese speaker)
       
       
Position Description：
This is a full-time position. The purpose of this position is to help relative employees build up English skill according to the communication or business request.  The duties will range from the design and preparation of course book, planning of classes to actual delivery of effective classes as well as embedding company culture into the courses. On top of this the teacher will also have to arrange extra curricular activities and set targets for the attending employees.

Main areas of responsibilities：
        - Work closely with the Talent Management team to receive and understand employees’ English training needs
        - Verify, analyse and consolidate the needs by any means suitable
        - Design and develop courses, activities and student practice according to different needs
        - Prepare classroom, develop relevant coursework materials and make handouts prior to the courses
        - Take charge in helping none-English-skill employees to improve their listening and oral English, for example dirvers
        - Co-organize and support on the courses for business English teaching to office staff
        - Organise and deliver effective classroom lectures and student practice, manage disciplines in the classroom
        - Record and maintain course students’ attendance, progress and grades
        - Make courses and needs analysis, and communicate accordingly with the Talent Management team on a             regular basis
        - Understand and embrace company culture, and imbed it into the daily teaching activities
        - Provide instructions and consultancy on English language to inquiring employees
        - Create interactive and dynamic English learning atmosphere throughout Shanghai offices
       
Requirements
        - Bachelor degree and above major in English or English teaching
        - Teaching qualification is a must
        - Native Chinese speaker with good English knowledge and skill
        - Excellent at communicating with people of different education and working background
        - Good teaching skills
        - Good listening skills, planning and organization skills
        - Mature, patient, flexible and can work under pressure
        - Proactive and take initiatives
