•        Bachelor and above degree, ideally with some exposure to retail industry
•        Proficiency in English is strongly desired

Associate Vendor Manager / 助理供应商管理经理

Your areas of responsibility include:
•        Drive online traffic (website, e-mails) to customers for our product lines
•        Actively develop and secure relevant content for the improved promotion of our products on the website
•        Propose, manage and implement the online marketing plans for promotions developed together with our buying teams – with a particular focus on top products / big events
•        Ensure optimal execution of best practices and seek improvements for all traffic channels (e.g. e-mail, SEO) in close co-operation with the marketing department
•        Continuously observe industry trends and proactively develop actions to react to changes
•        Regular and rigid quality control of website by drawing on quantitative results
Close partnering with other teams both internally and externally (vendor management team, inventory planning team, technical teams in China /Seattle, traffic, finance, legal…)

•        Determination of product order quantities by taking into account forecasts, historical trends and inventory targets

•        Track and analyze our product data quality for seller selection- this includes product images, descriptions and classifications. You will focus on a group of categories- such as apparel and shoes or camera and phones.
•        Partner with internal teams on data and seller priorities
•        Work with sellers to provide additional data and improve their data- this can include 1:1 communication as well as developing and participating in trainings.
•        Identify where we can improve our systems and processes to make it easier and more clear for sellers to provide the best data
•        Analyze the impact of work and present to senior management.
