【微软】招聘 上海Project Assistant (1年以上经验)

Job Title: Project Assistant               

Department / Org: Strategic and Business Operations Group

Business Area Overview:

The project assistant is responsible for managing the regional configurations of the tools, understanding, documenting the call center core agent processes and the cost forecast and payment for APGC vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1        Leverage existing Change Management process, understand user requirements and manage the regional tools configuration.
2        Troubleshoot and analyze tools related issues and drive closure of issues with respective IT teams.
3        Work with PM to define the new process or change the existing process and communicate it with stakeholders;
4        Provide reporting to monitor the process change and documentation;
5        Support Program Manager on related projects and daily operations: including Monthly cost forecast and payment for APGC vendors.
6        Draft vendor management process and analyze impacts by collecting internal stakeholders' feedback on vendor management

Qualifications:

1.        Bachelor Degree, Computer Science, EE or Management is preferred.
2.        1-3 years of experience working in a Contact Center environment.
3.        Self-starter with excellent verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English.
4.        Skilled at data analysis and reporting.
5.        Proven history of performance excellence to include customer focus, problem solving , data analysis and collaboration.
