Booz actively recruits talented college graduates for opportunities in all areas of our firm. Consultants are

exposed to a broad range of clients and industries. They develop first-hand knowledge of critical business issues,

while honing client-management and problem-solving skills.

The Consultant candidate will typically have:
An undergraduate degree or above from a top university
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
Summer/part-time working experience requiring analytical and/or problem solving skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
