废话不多说，先上职位信息，第一组是技术职位：
互联网搜索与挖掘领域职位
Position: Full-time Intern
Research Area:  Web Search and Mining
Work Location: Beijing
Overview
Researchers in the Web Search and Mining Area are turning their ideas into reality in areas such as computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning. Projects pushing the state-of-the-art forward include multimedia related research.
Required Qualifications:
MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science or any related technical field
Good reading, written, and oral English;
Strong in signal and image processing
Solid mathematics (linear algebra, optimization, statistics)
Background in machine learning (clustering, learning, classification)
Good programming skills or have related project experience;
Good reading, written, and oral English
Good communication skills and excellent teamwork.
Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.
         这个组是长期招实习生的组，所以大家如果对这个组感兴趣而现在的时间又不太空的出来的话，不妨可以多看看相关领域的东西，为以后做准备呢。

移动传感网络组
Position: Full-time Intern
Group:  Mobile and Sensing Systems Group
Quantity: 1
Work Location: Beijing

Group Overview
Push forward the state of the art in hardware computing to innovate in software services and to realize novel devices. Research on wearable computing devices and builds integrated hardware/software solutions. Extrapolate hardware trends, study new interaction models, and construct working prototypes. The end goal is to deliver rich and responsive user experiences at work, at home, and on the move.

Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for proactive fresh young minds to working with us on wearable hardware platforms and embedded software development. Desired candidate should have good hands-on skills with can-do attitude. If you are a good self-starter searching for the rewarding experience then we are looking for you.

Qualifications:

Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences Background
Proficient at programming in C
Experience in ARM Architecture Software Development
Understand the OS Kernel and Device Driver Architecture
Low-level device driver programming experience
Hands-on experience at various lab equipment
Excellent communication skill and able to working at a strong teamwork environment
Requires your advisor’s approval and can commit at least 6 months as fulltime internship

第二个是非技术职位：
学术合作部（原高校关系组）职位
Position: Full-time Intern
Group: Microsoft Research Connections (University relations group
Work Location: Beijing
Group Overview
The Research Connections Group nurtures strong mutually supportive partnerships between MSR Asia and the academic community. Since MSR Asia’s inception, the Research Connections program has recognized the inherent value of the academic research community and the need for collaboration between academia and industry to advance the state-of-the-art in computer science. The foundation for all Microsoft Research’s Research Connections efforts is a deep respect for the “virtuous cycle” that is created when university and industry researchers work together.
Roles & Responsibilities
Microsoft Research Asia Research Connections Group is looking for an intern who will assist Research Connections Members with program coordination and related support.
Required Qualifications:
MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science or any related technical field
Good reading, written, and oral both in Chinese and English;
Good communications, project management and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with MSTC operational handbook will be preferred;
Well-organized, initiative taking and self-motivated.
Related work and voluntary experience a plus.
Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.

Tips
明日之星是以在校大学生为对象的实习生项目，所以如果你在3个月内就要毕业了就不要申请了，简历会直接被略过的。。。。

每一个实习生都会填写这个表格，没有这个表格你的简历就不会被研究员们看到，所以为了避免浪费大家的时间，最好第一次申请的时候就填好表格。
上传简历、申请表、相关资料时不用压缩，分开直接上传就好，这样比较方便HR整理，给HR一个好印象嘛~
