新概念电子商务网站—但我们并不是靠销售产品为盈利点，我们是新一代的电子服务平台，解决人们现实生活中的确实问题，涉及电子支付、美工设计、服务平台（Key point）、流程设计、初级物流。
针对人群：年收入10万以上的人群，剩余情况可面谈进一步了解。
本人介绍：
在该项目中本人担领导， Marketing领域工作，有过多年团队组织的管理经验，有一定的社交人脉圈子。

招募职位/方向： Commerce Leader\ IT Leader\ Chief Leader Assistant.
1、Commerce Leader
Duties:
1\get contact and keep the relationship with the vendors.
2\negotiate with the vendors/clients about the terms and the payment.
3\work flow design.
4\team management.
5\trading and purchase is the main project of such position.
Requirement: <about 1-2years work experience>
1\strong negotiation skills.
Have the successful experience in negotiation and big deal bargain.
2\Familiar with the b2b & b2c running model and rules in vendor supplying.
3\proficient with purchase and trading.
Understand the rules of trading and the tax payment.
Know the basic finance knowledge and can handle the tax issue well.
3\Result drive.
No excuse, just good result. I don’t like the guy always tell me he like to do something, but he never do something well. Neither you told me what u did, but I do care how u did. That’s the key point.
4\ sophisticated & mature.
I hope u are a guy can deal with the people’s relationship well and can handle all the trifles.
While confronting the difficulties, don’t just complain or ask me what u should do. But u can overcome it.
5\ Income requirement.
I don’t care about how much u earn, but I do hope that your yearly income cannot be less than 7w/year.(70k). That is the guarantee that you can do our project with ur heart and serve the whole team stably.
6\ Independent.
Nobody will tell you and know how to do, all are originate work, pls don’t ask us how u should do, what shall u do, it is a tough and independent work.
You should use your brain to figure out how can survive and accomplish the task independently.
7\Team owner is preferred.
Actually the vendor will spent a lot of time, so If u got a team members can follow u, that will be extremely good for u and the whole project.

2、IT leader
Duties:
1\website construction.(art design & programming, coding etc.)
2\establish & maintain the network project.
3\office automation.
4\realize the website functions & promote the website.
5\purchase the equipment as need.
Requirement: <about 1-2years work experience>
1\Proficient with website construction.
The architecture and concrete procedure of establishing a website.
xml, c#2.0, .net1.1, 2.0, web Service, Ajax，c++, vb.net, asp.net, java etc.
JavaScript, css, html, Flash & Dreamweaver. The art design part will be charged by u also.
2\ if you don’t know all of that as above, at least u need to got the team to fulfill it.
If u got the team to construct the whole website as expectation. I won’t care do u know all of the website construction skills or not.
3\result drive.
I don’t care what u did, but how u did. Give us the perfect correct result is vital.
I do hope that u are a perfectionist, and u are not that stubborn as a scholar, simply because u r in a commercial team.
4\Familiar with B2C and C2C website.
Know the key points and got relative resource in B2C & C2C industry.
5\can be the team leader and know how to be leaded.
I hope u can find or you’ve already got your own team, and meanwhile, I also hope that u are a guy know how to be leaded. We won’t spent too much time in persuading you to obey the rules or do the things.

U must take at least one position in your college student union or community(at least a department chief).
2\Entrepreneur spirit.
It’s preferred, if u have ever launch your own student community or be the chairman of student union.
if u have ever launch your own commercial project and get a high rate profit, we will consider u first.
3\major option.
Marketing is preferred. But if u are really experienced in marketing field, and got a lot of successful cases, we won’t care about the major background.
4\ Aggressive & passionate.
5\ Independent.
