Job Description

Position: Procurement Business Operation Specialist
Location：Shanghai

Job Description:
1. Delivering PSOE external and internal common reports, including Project Sourcing-Service, OEM/ODM Sourcing, End Use Sourcing and SI/IBG Procurement Project Management, to give the best visibility of Alcatel-Lucent Purchasing performance

2. Driving and supporting PSOE central functional business and projects, including process optimization, efficiency enhancement, procurement compliance and management improvement

3. Supporting PSOE cross function business, and internal and external communication

4. Procurement reports saving validation following global published saving scenario

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above preferred
2. Proficient in the use of office software such as Excel, Powerpoint Access
3. Having positive working attitude and accountability, especially for those "Grey Areas" jobs
4. Open character, good at communication with cross function business partners
5. No specified requirement for working experience or major, experience with procurement sense preferred

Job Description

Position: Project Sourcing
Location：Shanghai

Job Description:
1. As a team member, ensure all activities are strictly compliance with ALU/ASB corporate process and procurement strategy;
2. Based on point 1, be responsible for sourcing work of domestic deployment service (ALU Equipment Installation & Commissioning Service);
3. Based on point 1, be responsible for sourcing work of SI (Sector Industry) service.

Remark: Sourcing Work is defined as below:
a/ Search and develop new potential qualified Supplier in the market;
b/ Maintain current supplier pool, such as regular business review, risk assessment and rating;
c/ Support tendering team to find best cost from the market;
d/ Price Benchmark and Supplier Selection during stage of project implementation;
e/ Contract negotiation;
f/ Contract Management;
g/ Fulfill PR/PO transaction process
h/ Define commodity strategy


Requirements:
Bachelor or above
Candidate with following characters will be preferred:
A/Specific Knowledge
1/ Understand what’s service, especially in domestic market and SI market;
2/ Has basic knowledge on supplier management.
3/ Know basic procurement principle and process (Will be preferred);
4/ Know company's system such as SAP and OA (Will be preferred)
B/Business Understanding
1/ Basic Knowledge on service market;
2/ Basic understanding on project requirement.
