Position Summary
Be part of Admin team to help provide professional administrative service to all internal customers.
Responsibilities
--Be in charge of company internal purchase, incl. SRM & PR, etc.
-- Receive, screen and handle telephone calls, incoming mail, publications and other correspondence, some of which may be of a confidential or sensitive nature
-- Leverage travel agent's resource to provide business travel consultant service as required
-- Other Admin work assigned by supervisor
Qualification (Skills)
-- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, writing. Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
-- Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
-- Ability to work independently.
-- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
-- Time management skills
Education Required: Bachelor
Experience Required: 0-2 Years (Graduating student with strong passion is acceptable)
