Cisco ENG Introduction:
Cisco ENG unleash customer’s value by delivering the preferred network architecture for cloud, mobility and collaboration. CRDC ENG team concentrates on ISR, ASR and Catalyst series switch.
The Integrated Services Router (ISR) family delivers the next generation branch office experience while the Aggregation Services Router (ASR) family transforms the enterprise WAN edge. Both families are optimized for the secure delivery of concurrent data, voice, and video services. SRG also develops IOS-integrated security services, Application Optimization (WAAS), voice services and gateways, and network management, while integrating services developed across other Cisco groups (Wireless, Security). This leading platform delivers business relevant mobility data, voice, video and context aware applications.
Secure, reliable and seamless, cisco catalyst switch scale to meet the needs of networks of all sizes.
Responsibilities:
•Engage in the process of software development test, system test and sustaining test and automation test.
•Interface with DE, marketing, customers, and partners to understand product deployment scenarios and use cases
•Define detailed testing strategies, test plans for new features, new platforms;
•Execute feature, performance, solution and regression tests, log problem reports, reproduce problems, and verify fixes
•Work closely with DE and TAC in recreation and resolution of customer reported problems
•Automate and execute feature, integration, performance, and solution tests
•Participate in test escape analysis and refine test process and/or regression test suites
Requirements:
•Good knowledge of TCP/IP network and protocols, good knowledge of routing and switching.
•Knowledge of IP services (IPv6, multicast, Firewall, NAT, QoS, etc.) will be a plus.
•Programming experience with any one of C, Tcl/Expect, Python, Perl, or Unix/Linux Shell
•Hands-on experience on Linux operation systems.
•Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS is a plus. CCNA/CCNP is highly desirable
•Ability to learn new technologies quickly
•Highly motivated and with good communication skills in Mandarin and English, oral and written
•Able to work independently and in a team environment efficiently
Educational Background: Prefer Bachelor degree; Typical require in Telecommunication, CS, EE, and other IT related majors

Responsibilities:
•Blade server CPU/Memory/HDD qualification
•Design software to test BIOS function
•Develop automation script for function test
Requirements:
•Fluent English speaking and writing
•Hands-on knowledge of a scripting language, Tcl or Python;
•Solid C/C++ programming skill
•Familiar with X86 architecture
•Software testing experience is a plus
•Good team work and get accommodated to the team easily
Educational Background：
