Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Description:
You will work with team to provide internationalization and localization services/solutions to Intel products. Your major responsibility is to manage QA tasks and processes to ensure the best and reasonable quality of deliverables for each project. This includes generating test plans, designing test cases, testing environment configuration, conducting the testing, creating test report, and etc. You will also manage the QA suppliers to ensure their performance and best deliverables. Eventually you are expected to be the QA lead in the team to define the QA strategy, evolve the process to support organization imperatives.

Qualification:
You must possess a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Software or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

Required Skills:
-Expert on in at least one of popular software programming languages/frameworks such as .Net, Java, etc.
-Expert in at least one of script languages such as Perl, Python, etc.
-Experience with development, debugging and testing of Web applications, Windows* applications, smartphone/tablet applications, etc.
-Experience with multiple operation systems including Windows, Linux, Unix, Android, iOS.
-Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English
-Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
-Ability to prioritize and work fast and efficiently
-Self-learns technical skills and knowledge
-Flexibility, patience
-Good team player

Additional Desired Skills:
-Knowledge in internationalization/localization fields
-Knowledge of a language other than English and Chinese
-Strong knowledge and experience on QA or testing
