猎头顾问助理/管理培训生/Researcher/Management Trainee  (5 person)

Responsibilities:
-        Support Consultant to conduct in depth workforce/ market analysis, and maintain up to date industry information/ data.
-        Familiarize with the current assignments which Consultant is handling and recommend potential candidates to consultants
-        Make cold calls to target companies/ candidates
-        Collect and screen CVs according to the relevant job specifications under the supervision of Consultant and arrange face to face interviews
-        Contribute to the database on a daily basis to help make it the key engine driving up the work efficiency
-        Support the Consultant to identify new business development contacts to facilitate the business development process
Requirements:
-        Bchelor degree or above from relevant major
-        The candidate must have an open style of communication and good at handling different kinds of people.
-        Be genuinely interested in understanding and helping people with their career path options
-        Be extremely curious about various industries and companies and their business models as we work with all sorts of multi-nationals;
-        Be hungry for your own career success; Able to work under pressure
-        Need to be able to speak fluent English and Mandarin.

职位描述:
-        本科或以上学历，英语熟练
-        协助顾问做人力市场动态分析，挖掘业务信息
-        按照公司标准流程，协助顾问分析客户的招聘需求，有效的找寻合适候选人，并通过甄选和面试将客户的职位与候选人相匹配
-        协助顾问和候选人进行面试安排和跟踪服务，及时解决面试过程中遇到的问题
-        候选人入职前/中/后的跟踪服务，为候选人提供职业发展的意见和指导。
任职资格:
-        本科或以上学历，英语良好
-        良好的沟通技巧和客户服务技巧；
-        具备高度的工作热情、良好的学习能力和主观能动性。
-        成熟稳重，能够承受较大的工作压力，具有高度的责任感
