随着SABIC在中国业务的大幅发展，HR团队有意在上海招聘并培养有潜力的实习生。

Position: HR Intern

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist HR operation and project team in dealing with administrative and routine work, such as answer incoming calls, greeting incoming visitors, collect and dispatch  mails, etc.;
- Provide qualified HR daily support service, such as data collect, input & check, paper documents filing, etc.;
- Support HR documents processing and various letters, gifts distribution, payment requests, etc.;
- Provide administrative support to GC HR Head, including without limitation, travel arrangements, variety of meeting, activities, events, communication session, training and benefits session logistics;
- Assist HR team to implement employee life-cycle process (pre - & on - boarding, probation review, contracting, orientation, exit, etc.), covering full-time employee, contractor, intern, GMA & out-sourced with 3rd party support;
- Assist to complete system maintenance and data cleanup if any;
- Assist to execute country New Hire Orientation Program on quarterly basis;
- Support implementation of country HR projects as required;
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior & GC HR team.

Qualifications Required:
- Excellent skill in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Be patient and have strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude;
- Focus on details, a quick learner, great team work player, ability to work effectively, well organized and strong process orientation;
- Strong oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English, and open-minded;
- Self-motivate, working under pressure, full sense of responsibility and multi-task;
- Postgraduate student is highly preferred;
- Can work at least 4 days a week
