8. Mobile Quality Specialist

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
•        Design and write test cases and scripts based on the specification
•        Setup complex testing environment.  Execute and coordinate monitoring of tests. Analyze test results, identify bugs or potential bottlenecks.
•        Responsible for both manual testing and the test automation
•        Work with developer and product management team to ensure the overall project quality
•        Provide support to the testing activities across projects and locations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
Key Requirement:
•        Bachelor degree or higher on computer science or related
•        Familiar with iOS and/or Android mobile app testing
•        Proficient in mobile application test method and has automated test experience
•        Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
•        Strong troubleshooting, bug analysis and debugging skills
•        Familiar with web technologies (DOM, HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
•        Proficient in continuous delivery of relevant theories, understand continuous integration technology and common test automation technology, familiar with the process of agile development.
•        Familiar with Hudson/Jenkins, QTP, Selenium, Watir….
•        Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL queries

Language Skill:
•        Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills.

Beneficial Skills:
•        Experience with web performance testing tools JMeter or HP LoadRunner from a scripting, scenario setup, testing and analysis perspective
•        Familiar with popular web technologies(Web Service, REST, OData, JSON, HTML5)
•        Familiar with one of below scripting language(Shell/PHP/Perl/Python/Ruby) is desired.
•        Large-scale commercial software test experience is preferred

10. Mobile Developer
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)

•        Maintain and continuously extend existing mobile web apps and sample toolkit apps based on the UI framework
•        Communicate continually with the internal stakeholders and project teams about the progress or potential risks
•        Mobile shell client functionalities development as well as mobile server integration
•        Be aware of new and emerging front-end technologies with good sense of emerging hybrid mobile HTML5 Apps
•        Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting optimization/best-practices of UI framework programming

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
Key Requirement:
•        Expertise with at least one of the Android and/or iOS mobile native app development as well as mobile hybrid app development using PhoneGap and/or web views for HTML5 and JavaScript with real world experiences
•        Proficiency in using iOS or Android SDK library for both smartphone and tablet devices
•        Development experience on mobile shell functionality development as well as server integration
•        Familiar with mobile extensibility features such as mobile application with Wechat integration
•        Familiar with Google Chromium project and evaluate the latest version of Google Chromium such as developing tools enhancement

Language Skill:
•        Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills.
