Position 1:
Consulting analyst - Management consulting

Accenture’s Consulting workforce is at the heart of our ability to innovate
and deliver results that help create high performance. With deep specialist
knowledge in business, industry, technical and functional areas, consulting
people is involved in management consulting, process design work and the
application of technologies to business.

A career in Consulting is varied and stimulating because each project
presents a new challenge and will give you exposure to new clients, business
issues, technologies and people. You will hone your skills in one of 2
consulting groups: Management Consulting and Systems Integration &
Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding
opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you
advance in your career.

Our work in Management Consulting typically falls within 5 business areas
and you are likely to find yourself building deep skills in one of these:
Strategy, Talent & Organization Performance, Finance & Performance
Management, Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management.

As an analyst in the Management Consulting group, you’ll focus on strategy
and help facilitate organizational change and business transformation.
Management consulting work is very diverse, but always challenging and
interesting. You could be involved in the creation, design and build of new
business models, through to helping clients integrate and operate them.
You’ll work with some of the world's most dynamic companies, often at very
senior levels, on significant issues across their businesses

Key responsibilities may include:

· Assisting in industry, competitive and company analyses (strategic,
financial, operational) as well as market research for benchmarking
· Assisting in analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about
business processes, people, technology
· Assisting in the development of to-be processes
· Assisting in development and testing of new business processes,
capabilities, and, as appropriate, supporting technologies
· Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training)
· Assisting in implementation activities related to new solutions

Qualification

To be considered for a role in our Management Consulting, candidates need to
have a variety of skills and interests in functional, industry and project
management areas. They need to have strong problem solving and business and
communication skills, as well as a willingness to work hard, and openness to
travel for work.

Demonstrated track record of outstanding academic performance in one of
following preferred majors:
· MBA
· Business/ Finance / Accounting / Economics / Human Resources Management /
Marketing
· Engineering (all disciplines)
· Mathematics / Statistics / Sciences
· Computer Science / Management Information Systems


Professional Skill Requirements
· Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
· Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
environment
· Ability to meet client travel requirements, if applicable
· Desire to work in a fast pace environment
· Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
· Good Command of verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin
· Eager to learn

Position 2:
Consulting analyst - IT Consulting

A career in Consulting is varied and stimulating because each project

consulting groups: Management Consulting and Systems Integration &
Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding
opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you
advance in your career.

Technology Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering
technology innovation and providing the backbone of our systems integration
business. Technology Infrastructure professionals focus on the technology
foundation required to enable enterprise/agency-wide applications such as e-
mail, voice mail, messaging, security, and database software (for
functionally specific applications). They have skills in hardware, common
carrier bandwidth, onsite communications equipment, storage, and related
software.

Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering
large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help
our clients achieve high performance. ERP system professionals design,
implement and deploy ERP system solutions to achieve defined business goals.
They maintain skills in ERP system applications process design and
configuration; ERP system application design, development, integration,
testing and deployment; and ERP system application technical architecture.

Key responsibilities may include:
· Documenting business requirements
· Performing application design activities (e.g., designing user interface,
usability testing)
· Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and
software
· Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
· Preferred exposure to/experience in ERP system
· Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
· Participating in performing portions of technology diagnosis and
assessment activities (i.e., creating surveys, conducting interviews,
collecting and comparing benchmark data)
· Becoming familiar with common, relevant architecture frameworks and being
able to use them in diagnosing and assessing architectures
· Assisting in contributing to the high level design in constructing a
robust technology solution, taking into account the user requirements,
technical requirements, etc.
· Performing portions of technology architecture and infrastructure design
activities
· Participating in performing portions of technology build, test and
deployment activities
· Assisting in refining and enhancing architecture and framework
· Participating in troubleshooting and debugging technology integration
problems

Professional Skill Requirements
