        B1 Visual Designer
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE
Designed exclusively for SME, SAP Business One (B1) is the best-selling ERP solution of SAP in terms of number of customers; and aims to become the leader in the target market both on-premise and in the cloud. Leveraging the latest technologies such as in-memory computing (SAP HANA), cloud, and mobile, we are fully committed to bring unmatched business value to customers world-wide and help them run better than ever before.
We are now looking for a passionate visual designer to join us in SAP Labs China, Shanghai, to deliver UX design, and work closely with product management and development on design and implementation, contributing to the future success of the product.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
•        Communicate with UX designers to understand the visual requirements, deliver visual design guideline and visual elements (icons etc.) accordingly
•        Communicate with developers during implementation, make sure the visual design can be well implemented
•        Support other visual design related assignments when necessary
•        Contribute in preparing video clips for product demos

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
Key Requirement:
•        Basic knowledge on UCD process and UX design
•        Exceptional visual design skills
•        Basic video editing skills

Language Skill:
•        Knowledge on HTML5/CSS

        B1 UX Designer

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)

•        Communicate with product managers to understand the solution requirements, and deliver the design wireframe accordingly
•        Communicate with developers during implementation, make sure developers well understand the design
•        Conduct user research projects as main researcher (moderating and preparing reports)
•        Contribute to visual design when necessary

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
Key Requirement:
•        Deep understanding on UCD process and methodologies
•        Fluency with UX design methods and tools
•        Basic knowledge on user research

B1 - Infrastructure Quality Specialist
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Design and write test cases and scripts based on the specification
• Setup complex testing environment. Execute and coordinate monitoring of tests.
Analyze performance test results, identify bugs or potential bottlenecks.
• Responsible for both manual testing and the test automation
• Work with developer and product management team to ensure the overall project quality
• Provide support to the testing activities across projects and locations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Key Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or
relevant information technology area
• Solid knowledge and experience in software test
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience with at least one of below programing language
o VB    o C#     o C/C++     o Java     o Java script
o Script language such as Ruby, Perl, Python, Shell Script, etc.
• Familiar with databases, solid knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL queries
• Familiar with HTTP and HTTPS is highly desired
• Familiar with Windows and Linux OS is highly desired
Language Skill:

• Design and develop business logic functionalities such as Accounting, Banking, Tax,
Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, CRM, etc. on-demand and on-premise for small enterprises.
• Take tasks in the full product development life cycle – from requirement comprehension,
design, coding, to testing and correction
• Communicate and collaborate with global product management and development team
around the world to deliver the enhancements and innovations in time and quality

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Key Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related
• Proficient in C / C++ or Java
• Familiar with popular web technologies such as JavaScript, Web Service, OData, etc.
• Full understanding of OO principle and popular software design patterns
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Familiar with at least one commercial DBMS with solid SQL skills
