The successful candidate will energetically support the new product development process by working with the leadership team on new product development conceptualization, conduct market validation, define the specifications with the programmers and designers, monitor progress against the project plan and work with the marketing and sales teams to launch the product(s).
成功的候选人将大力支持新产品开发进程，通过与领导团队致力于新产品开发概念、进行市场验证、与程序员和设计师定义规范、监测进展的项目计划以及和市场营销团队一起合作共同发布产品。
The successful candidate will also have: 职位要求：
• Excellent project management skills (attention to detail) 优秀的项目管理技能(注重细节)
• Good logic and reasoning 良好的逻辑和推理能力
• Able to conducting user research and gain insight from user feedback能够进行用户研究并从用户的反馈中洞察有效信息
• Great communication skills优秀的沟通技巧
• Fluent spoken Chinese and English流利的中英文口语能力
• Insight into Chinese mobile internet user了解中国的移动互联网用户
This position does not require any specific education or work experience, although “user experience” or “design” experience is a plus.
