Job Description
• Answer telephones, receive visitors and forward messages
• Office maintenance and repair
• Manage office supplies, such as stationery, etc.
• Staff morning record summary
• Hotel and air tickets booking
• Provide general clerical support including word processing, copying, translation, etc.
• Other assignment arranged by supervisor
• Translation and other assigned work from project team
• Project research and support as needed
