EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
Design the test case base on the specification
Consult, analyze and provide quality assurance on projects
Perform manual/automated testing including Unit, Functional, Integration, System and Performance testing
Work with developer and product management team to ensure the overall project quality
Provide support to the testing activities across projects and locations
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
Key Requirement:
Solid experience of testing methodologies and processes
Strong testing case design capability on end to end integration scenarios
Familiar with web technologies (DOM, HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
Familiar with at least one commercial DBMS with solid ODBC/SQL programming skills
Strong knowledge of test automation creation and familiar with software test automation tool, such as JUnit, HttpUnit, JMeter, Robot
Familiar with the process of agile development.
Strong troubleshooting, problem analysis and debugging skills
Good team work and enthusiasm
Familiar with VMware vSphere, experience on virtual infrastructure management
Strong knowledge and experience on exploratory testing will be a big plus
If ever worked in ERP industry, it is a big plus
Language Skill:
Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills.
Beneficial Skills:
Basic business knowledge in ERP areas like finance, accounting or inventory
